Yes, Nokia has added the Flash category to its Caiing all Innovators contest which challenges mobile and web application developers worldwide to submit best-in-class applications for use on Nokia devices.
To qualify for the Flash category, you need to submit your application for S60 or Series 40 Nokia devices, using either a Symbian Signed .SIS format (for S60 devices) or .NFL format (for Series 40 devices).
Contestents stand a chance to win around $ 250 K including special prize pf $ 10 K in Flash category besides getting a Spotlight placement in the Nokia Ovi Store.
